Terms
Terms for using AOZUMI.
Last updated:
By using AOZUMI, including the website, console, CLI and agent (MCP) access, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. If you use AOZUMI for a team or company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
A beta service
AOZUMI is in beta. Features, limits, supported frameworks and regions may change, and some may be removed. We do not offer a service level agreement. Health checks, status views and usage figures in the console are there to help you. They are not an SLA, an uptime promise or a bill. Keep your own copies of your code and anything important, and don't rely on AOZUMI as your only backup.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it. That includes the people you invite and the roles you give them, the share links you create, and your CLI and agent keys. Keep keys private and revoke any you no longer need or think may be exposed. Tell us at security@aozumi.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your code and content
You keep ownership of your code, content and data, and of the apps you deploy. You give AOZUMI permission to copy, build, store, run, cache and serve them only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share with. You must have the rights to everything you connect or upload. You are responsible for your apps and for how they treat their own users and data.
Acceptable use
Use AOZUMI lawfully, and only with repositories, apps and data you are allowed to manage. Do not use it to:
- host or distribute malware, phishing, or content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
- attack, scan or overload other systems, or reach into AOZUMI's infrastructure, other customers' apps or cloud credential endpoints;
- get around access controls, quotas or the repository review, or share access you were not given;
- send spam, or harass or harm people;
- run workloads unrelated to your app that use excessive resources, such as cryptocurrency mining.
Before a build, AOZUMI reviews the repository. It blocks deployments that ask for risky capabilities, such as full host privileges, the Docker control socket, the host network or filesystem, or cloud credential endpoints. Other findings may need your review before you deploy. The review reduces risk but does not certify that your code is safe.
Beta limits
During the beta, each workspace can have up to 5 apps and start up to 20 deployments in any 24 hours. It can also have up to 10 members and 10 pending invitations. Other features have their own limits, including managed Postgres, custom domains and the Foldy assistant. We may set different limits for particular workspaces, and we may change limits as the beta goes on.
Pricing
AOZUMI does not charge for the beta. Plan prices shown in the console are proposals and are not billed. Usage and cost figures are estimates for your information, not invoices.
Suspension
We may pause or suspend an app, revoke links or keys, or remove content if it breaks these terms, puts people or the service at risk, or is the subject of a valid legal request. Where it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Ending your use
You can stop using AOZUMI and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We may also end the beta, in which case we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can move your apps and data. What happens to your information after deletion is described on our Privacy page.
Third-party services
AOZUMI relies on services such as GitHub, Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services. Your use of GitHub is also subject to GitHub's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services, though we will work to limit their effect on you.
Disclaimers
AOZUMI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AOZUMI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AOZUMI changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and summarize what changed. If you keep using AOZUMI after an update, you accept the new terms.
