What's new in AOZUMI
Everything you can do now that you couldn't before, newest first. Open an entry for the details.
October 2026
API keys you can scope, expire and use from CI
Create a key with only the access it needs, and drive deploys, rollbacks, status, logs and environment variables over a REST API.
Details about API keys you can scope, expire and use from CI
- Choose Read, Deploy or Manage when you create a key under Profile → Agents, and an expiry of 30 days, 90 days, a year, or never.
- A key acts as you, only in the workspace it was made in, and never beyond its access level. No key can manage members or workspace settings.
- Send it as Authorization: Bearer. GET /api/applications lists your apps; POST /api/applications/:id/deploy deploys or rolls back.
Production alerts in Slack or at your own webhook
Hear about a failed release, failing health checks or a spike in server errors where your team already works, and again when it recovers.
Details about Production alerts in Slack or at your own webhook
- Add a Slack incoming webhook or any HTTPS endpoint under Settings → Alerts, choose which alerts each one receives, and send a test.
- Health alerts fire after three failed checks in a row; error-rate alerts after two 5-minute windows with at least 10% server errors on Production traffic.
- Webhook requests are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so you can check they came from AOZUMI. Each problem alerts once, not on every check.
Deploy from your terminal
Run aozumi deploy in a project folder and get a link to your site, without connecting GitHub.
Details about Deploy from your terminal
- Install with npm i -g @aozumi/aozumi, then run aozumi login. You approve the login in your browser after checking that the code matches your terminal.
- aozumi deploy publishes your built folder (dist, build, out or public), or a plain HTML folder. You choose who can open the link.
- Only your built output is uploaded, never the repository. aozumi logout revokes the key.
Use your own domain
Point a domain you own at an app. AOZUMI sets up HTTPS for you.
Details about Use your own domain
- Add the domain in the app, create the DNS records shown, and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically.
- Up to 5 domains per app and 20 per workspace during the beta.

Know when Production breaks, and when it recovers
A workspace inbox and a banner tell you when a Production release fails, and again when a healthy release fixes it.
Details about Know when Production breaks, and when it recovers
- The banner opens the exact failed release with its logs and a diagnosis. The last healthy release stays one click away.
- Each app's Health tab keeps a history of recent incidents and when they cleared.
- Notifications appear in the console only. There is no email or webhook delivery yet.
A private preview for every pull request
Turn on previews and each pull request gets its own link to try the change before it reaches Production.
Details about A private preview for every pull request
- Previews only receive their own environment variables. Production secrets are never loaded into a preview.
- A preview expires seven days after the last update, and right away when the pull request closes.
Promote Staging to Production
Ship the exact release you tested in Staging, instead of rebuilding it.
Details about Promote Staging to Production
- Before promoting, you see which settings differ between Staging and Production. Values are never shown or copied.
- If the release cannot be moved as-is, promotion stops instead of building something different.
Foldy sets up your first deploy
Paste a GitHub link and Foldy checks the app and deploys it privately when nothing needs your input.
Details about Foldy sets up your first deploy
- If the app needs secrets, a database or a safety decision, Foldy opens a short checklist instead.
- Foldy also answers questions about your workspace, such as what needs attention.
Paste your .env file
Import all your environment variables at once, for Production or any other environment.
Details about Paste your .env file
- The preview shows names only. Values are encrypted as soon as you confirm.
- Existing values are kept unless you choose to replace them, and Production values are never copied to previews.
- Missing AUTH_SECRET or NEXTAUTH_SECRET? Generate one in the browser with one click.
Clearer usage and cost estimates
See which app drives your usage, and get a heads-up before you reach a limit.
Details about Clearer usage and cost estimates
- A notice appears at 70% of any workspace limit, linking to Plan & usage.
- Per-app estimates over 7, 30 or 90 days, split into compute and data transfer.
- Estimates use public AWS prices. They are not a bill.
Short app links, live build logs and Python apps
Every app gets its own short address, you can watch a build as it happens, and Flask, Django and FastAPI apps deploy.
Details about Short app links, live build logs and Python apps
- App links look like workspace--app on the AOZUMI domain.
- The Deploy tab streams build output live, including the reason when a build stops before it writes any logs.
Clearer workspace settings
Settings opens with Plan & usage, and workspace rules have their own section.
Details about Clearer workspace settings
- If loading usage fails, a retry button appears instead of an empty page.
Safer deployments
Apps now run as a non-root user on a read-only system disk, from a pinned, verified runtime image.
Apps know who opened them
Your app can see who is using it, without you adding a login system.
Details about Apps know who opened them
- Each request carries the visitor's id, name, email when known, role and environment.
- Browser code can fetch ./__shiplet/session; server code can read the x-shiplet-identity header.
Pause, resume and delete apps
Stop an app without deleting it, start it again later, or remove it for good.
Details about Pause, resume and delete apps
- Pause stops the running app. Resume starts a fresh deployment you can watch.
- Delete asks you to type the app name and leaves your GitHub repository untouched.
- An app stuck starting for more than five minutes can now be paused.
